PHASE 1: Awareness
Using Gallup’s StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment, Phase 1 follows 5 structured steps designed to create awareness, MEASURE employee engagement, IDENTIFY individual strengths, and EXPLORE collective talent. This process concludes with a detailed REPORT that offers key insights into organizational strengths, challenges, and opportunities and helps shape Phase 2.
PHASE 2: Implementation
Findings from Phase 1 and overarching organizational goals are used to build and IMPLEMENT a structured, strengths-based developmental plan that leverages talent. Tailored coaching, consulting, and training drives organizational results. The OUTCOME yields an engaged culture, higher productivity, improved retention, and happy people!
PHASE 3: Ongoing Support
Ongoing advising and implementation support is available to individuals and organizations that have completed Phases 1 and 2.
